Cross country trail runs wind their way through the Zell am See-Kaprun winter sport region into neighbouring regions with a total of 40 kilometres to enjoy. Choose the "high trail" loop around Lake Plettsaukopf on the Schmitten, which will give you a wonderful view over the whole region up there!

Ice Skating on Lake Zeller

Would you rather go gliding over ice? Then skating or ice hockey will be just right for you. You can either choose the local ice rink or if the weather and temperature are right enjoy the frozen ice on Lake Zeller.

Whether together with the whole family during the day or as romantic moonlit fun for couples tobogganing is always great fun. There are numerous toboggan runs between the Kitzsteinhorn and the Schmittenhöhe. There is a floodlit toboggan run from the "Köhlergrabe" through to the „Schmittental"! A special shuttle bus will get you there.
